  • 1x 75 min one-to-one Coaching with Alice per month for personalised guidance (in-person or online)

  • £130 per month for 6 months or £750 paid in full

Brave Transform

Go on a deep-dive experience to achieve profound change with comprehensive personal guidance plus community support.

  • All of Brave Connect PLUS…

  • 3x 75 min one-to-one coaching with Alice every month (in-person or online)

  • WhatsApp support with Alice (Mon-Thurs)

  • Personalised wellbeing guidance and practices - lifetime access

  • £365 per month for 6 months or £2130 paid in full


All programmes are 6-month commitments starting from September 2024, designed to build your community, unlock lasting change and empower you to thrive.
