What you’ll get:

  • 2.5hr Monthly Online Mind-Body Group Workshop. These sessions will combine a movement practice with group sharing and learning. Topics will cover:

    • Building strength, balance and overall fitness.

    • Learn how understand your nervous system and how to regulate

    • Tools for self-resourcing and why it is important.

    • Building a reflective practice and body listening skills

    • The art of acceptance and Somatic processing of emotions

    • How to use visualisation & affirmations to change behaviour patterns.

All sessions will end with Q & A’s with Alice to give you a chance to talk through your unique experiences or queries.

  • Monthly Practices (such as PDF Workbooks or Specialised Workouts/Self Care Techniques) to work with in your own time with life-time access.

  • Group WhatsApp or Facebook Group (if you wish) to have support from your community between Workshops.

  • Access to Brave On-Demand Library of over a hundred pre-recorded mind-body workouts to suit every mood, energy levels or schedule.

Sessions held 2.30-5pm every fourth Sunday of the month at Bedminster Quaker Meeting House. If you can’t make sessions, online material will be provided. Starts September 2024 to February 2025.

  1. Can I start at any time? I’m afraid not - this is a closed group that runs for 6 months Starting September 2024 until Feb 2025.

  2. Where and when are the Group sessions held? Sessions are 2.30-5pm every fourth Sunday of the month at Bedminster Quaker Meeting House. Starts September 2024 to February 2025.

  3. What if I can’t make one of the group sessions? Don’t worry, If you can’t make sessions, online material will be provided for you to use in your own time.

  4. Do I get any 1-to-1 time with Alice with this program? No, Brave Connect doesn’t have any personal sessions with Alice. If you’d like some you can choose either Brave Elevate (1x 1-to-1 per month) or Brave Transform (3x 1-to-1 per month plus weekly WhatsApp contact).

  5. What if I change my mind about the programme once it has started? We offer a money back guarantee if you change your mind in the first week.
